Full day Salad for a fasting day

FMD Salad

    1. Lettuce – 1 box
    2. Tomato – 3 large
    3. Peppers – 3 colored
    4. Strawberry – 1 pint
    5. Cucumber – 2 large

FMD Dressing

    1. 1/3 cup Vinegar – apple cide
    2. 1/3 cup water
    3. 1 tblsp Mustard – organic
    4. Spices – onion, garlic, cumin, pepper, etc
    5. 1/2 mashed Avocad0
    6. Shake in Tupperware to mix

Vitamix Sweet Potato Soup

  1. ¼ (45 g) small onion, peeled
  2. 2 (540 g) cooked sweet potato
  3. 1 (200 g) medium apple, halved, seeded
  4. 1 (200 g) medium carrot
  5. 3 cups (720 ml) vegetable broth

Directions

Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.

Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.

Blend for 6 minutes, or until heavy steam escapes from the vented lid. Serve immediately.

Air Fryer Potatoes

    1. Potatoes diced to 1 inch pieces
    2. Spray Oil or small amount of olive oil
    3. Rosemary
    4. 350 for 15 min in air fryer or 45 min in oven

 

Instant Pot Lentils

    1. Bag Lentils 1 lb bag
    2. Broth or water – 4 cups (1 box)
    3. Frozen Vegetables 1 lb bag
    4. Tomato Paste 2 tblsp
    5. Spices
    6. 10 minutes pressure cook and 10 minutes natural release

    1. Canned ChickPeas
    2. Tahini
    3. Lemon
    4. Garlic
    5. Spices
